COLLECTION DAY REMINDERS
HOLIDAY PICK-UP SCHEDULE, HOW IT WORKS!
The following days are observed as holidays. Service is not provided on the day these holidays are observed. Therefore, if a holiday falls on or is observed on Monday or if the holiday is observed on your regularly scheduled collection day, collection will occurr the following day.
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
YARD WASTE COLLECTION SET OUT ON TUESDAYS - APRIL 3 thru NOVEMBER 27
The Village's Yard Waste collection program begins Tuesday, April 3 and runs through Tuesday, November 27 this year. IT'S IMPORTANT
Collection Access On collection day to avoid the inconvenience of a missed collection or damage to a vehicle or property we ask that residents make sure refuse and recyclables:

Are readily accessible to collectors. Collectors, typically, in back door service situations, pull one or two service carts to the collection point. Waste and / or recyclables are transferred from your containers into the service carts. The carts are larger and a bit difficult to maneuver in close quarters, around vehicles parked in a driveway, etc., especially during periods when snow and ice are on the ground. Therefore, unimpeded access is required to provide service.

Are set out by no later than 7 AM at a location that is visible to the collector.
